Q: Can the return date from Kuala Lumpur be later than 1st Dec 2024?
A: No, this is only applicable for the travel period between 14 Nov 2024 – 1 Dec 2024 for both arrival and departure dates.
 
Q: Is this applicable for all Classes - Economy, Business & First?
A: Yes, it is.
 
Q: Is this applicable for One World codeshare flights?
A: Generally, the promo code is not applicable for codeshare. However, the promo code is applicable for certain airlines. i.e. China Airlines. Thus, we encourage you to purchase the tickets via Malaysia Airlines website to enjoy the codeshare partnership airfare benefit.
 
Q: Would I still get Enrich points if I am an Enrich member?
A: Yes, it is.
 
Q: Can I use partial miles redemption together with the promo code as well?
A: The promo code will be applied accordingly and the partial miles redemption will be done during the payment. Thus, it is feasible.

Q: Assuming this is applicable only for the flight ticket cost, and does not include airport tax fees and other add-ons?
A: It does not include airport tax fees and other add-on ancillaries, only for the flight ticket cost.
 
Q: Is this applicable for group bookings?
